What we collect
We collect the information you give us through our quote and contact forms, by phone or by email: your name, email address, phone number, company, site details and anything you include in a message. During engagements we also collect site and asset information needed to deliver testing and reporting.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver testing services, provide compliance reports, send retest reminders, and invoice for services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing you haven't asked for.
Website analytics
This website uses privacy-first analytics that do not use cookies and do not collect personal information or track individuals across sites. Form submissions are transmitted to us by email and are not stored on the website.
Storage and security
Personal information is stored in our business systems with access limited to the people who need it to deliver our services. Compliance records (test histories, asset registers) are retained to meet our clients' audit and record-keeping needs.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only to service providers who help us operate (for example, email and scheduling systems), and where required by law. We do not disclose personal information overseas in the ordinary course of business.
Access and correction
You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting info@planetsafetestandtag.com.au or 0480 808 497. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first; you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
