No — testing a failed item costs the same as a passed one. Repair/replacement is optional and quoted separately.
Item counts aggregate across sites for tier pricing; the $120 service fee applies per visit. For portfolios, we provide a consolidated schedule and single invoice.
No minimum — the Basic tier covers even the smallest sites.
