PlanetSafe publishes its test and tag pricing upfront. Rates are $3.50 per item for 1–50 items, $3.20 for 51–300, $2.70 for 301–1,000 and $2.10 for 1,000+ items, plus a $120 service fee per visit. All prices are ex GST.

How is PlanetSafe test and tag pricing calculated?
For a standard test-and-tag engagement, the calculation is:
number of items × applicable per-item rate + $120 service fee per visit
The applicable per-item rate is determined by the total item count for the engagement. Separate visits attract the service fee separately.

PlanetSafe operates Australia-wide, metro and regional, on one published price list. The rate on your quote in Sydney is the same rate on your quote in Perth. No zone loadings, no capital-city surcharge, no regional premium.

If you have a current written quote from another provider for equivalent AS/NZS 3760:2022 testing scope, we’ll match it, and you’ll still get biodegradable tags, digital test-and-tag reporting and retest tracking as standard. Send the quote through with your enquiry.

PlanetSafe's published test-and-tag rates include the asset record, biodegradable tag, compliance report, failure records and retest tracking listed above. These are part of the published service rather than separate reporting add-ons.

No. Metro and regional Australia, no travel fees.
No. Testing a failed item costs the same as testing a passed item. Failed items are clearly identified and recorded in the report. PlanetSafe does not provide electrical repair; your team can arrange repair, replacement or disposal as appropriate.
Item counts aggregate across sites for tier pricing; the $120 service fee applies per visit. Talk to us about scheduling and invoicing arrangements for portfolios.
No minimum, the Basic tier covers even the smallest sites.
